PrimeTrust Financial Federal Credit Union ($218 million in assets), headquartered in Muncie, Indiana, has announced its search for a new President/CEO. PTFCU has a community charter (live, work, worship, or attend school in Delaware County, Indiana) and a Low-Income Credit Union designation.
The Credit Union is poised for growth, which the new President will be instrumental in defining and achieving. In partnership with the Board of Directors, this individual will strategically and tactfully lead the Credit Union into the future.
The successful candidate will be a visionary and collaborative leader with a proven track record of growing a financial institution (Credit Union experience preferred) in the areas of loans, deposits, services, and members, while maintaining high standards for member service and commitment to the Credit Union founding principles.
The Board also seeks a progressive candidate who will evaluate growth opportunities and continue to honor the Credit Union’s commitment to the local community. PTF’s President is the Credit Union’s ambassador to the community and industry and must have a passion for serving in this capacity.
Ideally, the candidate will have strong working knowledge of all operational areas of the Credit Union, especially lending (consumer and commercial), accounting, marketing and IT.
